Upon Arrival at the Spa

We ask our guests to arrive 20 minutes prior to the appointment, as you will be  asked to fill out/update a personal health profile. This profile will outline information that will enable us to provide you with the most appropriate and effective service. If you have any special physical or medical needs, conditions, or considerations, please inform our personnel of these when making scheduling an appointment.

We require a notice minimum 48 hours in advance for the cancellation of group, couples services and/or packages, otherwise full charges will apply. Singles service cancellations require a notice 24 hours in advance, otherwise a charge of 50% of the price of the service will apply. Full charges will apply for no shows.
